Originally from Sydney, NSW Nathan Hambly has had many successful achievements throughout his acting career. Recent example's of Nathan’s work was in the feature film "The Decadent and Depraved" by directors Jordon Prince-Wright and Axel Karlsson where Nathan plays the significant role of Vin Adams which premiered at Warwick Cinemas in December, 2017.
Furthermore in 2017, Nathan was in the successful sold-out and well-received theatre show of “Cloudstreet” directed by Brendan Ellis. Nathan’s successful portrayal of the character Quick Lamb earned himself being nominated for Best Actor in a Play by the Independent Theatre Association for the 43rd Robert Finley 2017 awards.
In 2016 Fringeworld theatre show “PAIN IN MY ASS”, Nathan worked alongside fellow actor Annabel Maclean, directed by Madeline Page in another successful, well-received and sold-out theatre show for his portrayals of several distinguished and diverse character roles.
Prior to entering his passion in the acting field, Nathan’s educational and professional background in the social and health sciences in areas such as research, youth work and the drug/alcohol field has provided him with a thorough understanding how to empathise and emulate a diverse range of characters. Nathan was awarded Mission Australia’s Western Australian 2017 award as well as recently nominated for Youth Worker of the Year. Overall Nathan is an ambitiously driven, committed and hard-working individual who is highly adaptable to a variety of roles and genres.
