When Zach attended high school, he always found himself around the drama department either performing or helping in the background and this lead to him developing an interest in performing arts and acting. He looked to expand his skills outside of school and it wasn’t long before he started lessons at WAYTco. With what he had learnt, he took up lead roles in his school’s Senior Production “Our Town” and College Musical “42nd Street”. This lead him to not only being elected as the schools Drama Captain, but also a student representative of the Black Swan Theatre Company. Zach was able to gain knowledge from the behind the scenes workings as well as valuable insight into technique from observing professional performances and apply it to his school group of drama students.
After graduation, Zach’s interest continued to grow and he soon started classes at Perth Film school where he learnt how to effectively act in front of a camera, an area he wasn’t so confident in before, now experience he is eager to move forward into the industry and apply what he has learnt as well as further develop is craft.
