Born in Perth, Western Australia, Emma spent the first few years of her life in the small fishing town of Lancelin, WA. Growing up Emma displayed a fervour for film and acting, having stumbled upon her enthusiasm for acting while studying film making at CIT Perth where she featured in a number of student projects and a short film.
In 2017 Emma further honed her skills, training with Perth Film School. Through this gaining experience in; script analysis, character development and on-screen performance. More recently Emma has worked on a number of projects; two web series and a music video for UK band BLACK TONGUE, titled 'Second Death' the video amassing over 60,000+ views and gaining high praise from within the Heavy Metal and Horror communities. She continues to expand her acting skills and experience, having last year workshopped with Scott Major (of Neighbours) and more recently Alex Newman, a US casting director.
Emma pursues acting with passion and diligence, always looking for opportunities to expand and challenge her acting capabilities, when given a role she embraces it wholly, throwing her all into embodying the character and imparting their story.
Working behind the camera, Emma has an interest in screen writing, directing and producing, having successfully written and directed her own short film, 'Sociopath' (2015). Emma’s creativity, receptive nature and willingness to learn means that she is always easy to work with, often praised for her ability to take direction and offer productive input where required.
